My Bias List..

KPOP Terminology: “Bias”: the favourite group a kpop fan has or the favourite member of said group the kpop fan has 🙂

This is a concept that kpoppers get very excited when talking about it. The list of top favourite groups and their biases from those groups. This subject is something that I find very interesting when hearing about others’ bias lists and I always have fun sharing mine on the internet in some form. I’ve never done it in full though, so as someone who loves a wide spectrum of k-pop groups, my bias list is long but I will only explain my absolute top groups that I follow the most and love the most and get me excited the most! The rest I will include in a less detailed form.

My bias list will include my fav groups (from most favourite to least favourite); my bias in that group and my favourite song from that group.

So… here we go!

What’s the deal with SS501?

Side note: SS501 fans, please don’t hate me. I wrote this post because I was interested in the whole situation of SS501 since I first got into k-pop  a few years ago. Although I don’t listen to SS501’s music, I still cannot even figure out if they are popular/famous or not. So please, if you are a fan tell me after reading this post 🙂

This Week’s Kpop Music Mondays’ is… BIGBANG’s Monster MV

This week, Simon and Martina reviewed the Monster MV from Big Bang. Although Infinite’s ‘The Chaser’ was at the top of eatyourkimchi’s kpop charts for most of the week, VIPs brought Monster to the top in one day!

Winners for the ‘2012 BigBang Global Event’ have been revealed.

T.O.P’s first kiss was infront on his Mom

On the latest episode (April 3rd) of SBS’ Strong Heart, Big Bang‘s TOP revealed a shocking story from his childhood when MC Lee Seung Gi asked TOP about his first kiss.

TOP started to share his childhood story by saying, “I’m not sure exactly how old I was, but I do remember the scene,” he said.

TOP surprised everyone in the studio with his confession, as he went on to say, “When I was young, I wanted to show my mom my first kiss with a girl, so I asked my mom to come outside of the house for a moment. When she stepped outside, I beckoned my girlfriend who was hiding from behind the trash cans and confidently kissed her in front of my mom.”

TOP then realised the shocked reactions of all the other guests after he has shared his story. Showing his regret, he remarked, “Why did I share this story again?”

Netizens commented after the broadcast saying, “No wonder he’s nicknamed ‘Bingu'”, “That’s not an easy thing to fo in front of your mom”, “I’m jelous of that girl.”
